1. How exactly are flights billed?
   
   In aircraft, we use something call a "Hobbs Meter". Similar to the Odometer of a car, you are only getting billed when the aircraft engine is running. This applies to both Sightseeing or Aircraft Rentals.
   
   
   
2. Headsets Included in our flights?
   
   They are included with the Sightseeing Flights as well as Students of Canadian Flyers (Dual Flights).
   
   
   
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
   
   Major Credit Cards, Debits and Cash for sightseeing and rental flights only. For students, we also accept Personal Cheques.
   
   Note: Our Dispatchers do not carry any change for Cash payments, proceeds are kept in your account.
   
   
   
4. Can I withdrawal my funds from a Block Payment?
   
   Yes. However, there is a CDN $50.00 administrative fee for any fund withdrawals, subject to terms and conditions.
   
   
   
5. Do you offer Gift Certificates?
   
   Yes! They come in the amounts you specify! Great for a Birthday Gifts or to people who dream about being a Pilot. Gift Certificates do not have an expiry date but are only limited to the airport which you purchase your Gift Certificate.
   
   
   
6. Can I use my Block Rates in different Canadian Flyers branch?
   
   No, they are not transferrable between Canadian Flyers branch. Your Block Rate is only valid from the airport you purchased from and cannot be used to pay for flights in another Canadian Flyers' base.
   
   
   
7. Fuels Included?
   
   Yes, all our rates/hr includes fuel. If you ended up purchasing fuel from another aerodrome, we will reimburse you based on the rates you purchased at the rental-aerodrome or the rates we purchase at our local rate, whichever is lower.  We do not offer dry-rate rentals.
   
   
   
8. Any other charges I should know about?
   
   Nope, there are no hidden fees anywhere. No fuel-surcharge nor membership fee, nor contract or retrieval of PTR fee.
