Welcome to Canadian Flyers and congratulations on joining our world-class flight academy. At Canadian Flyers, we offer a wide variety of programs out of three unique locations and can tailor your flight training to meet your needs. We are confident that our programs will exceed your expectations with our competitive pricing, outstanding safety record and enjoyable student experience.
Our accelerated commercial pilot program is designed to take students from all over the world with little or no flight experience to fully qualified commercial pilots in as little as 10 months. For over 40 years, Canadian Flyers’ graduates have been flying for airlines worldwide. If you aspire to join them, this program is for you.
Our Vision
At Canadian flyers, our vision is to become the worldwide flight training provider of choice for international students. We believe that our student’s success is our success and this concept reflects in all of our daily activities. We always make safety our first priority. We are proud to provide competitive prices for our services, and strive to ensure a high level of student satisfaction with housing arrangements, flight instructors, and an overall positive experience while in Canada. We also endeavor to learn about each individual country’s licensing requirements and job market and share that information with our students.
The Right Place for a Career
Seven of our eight recent Indian graduates have all landed jobs with major airlines in India. Canadian Flyers is proud to announce that seven of our eight recent Indian graduates from last year have kept in touch with us. They all have confirmed job offers with major airlines in India. They expressed their appreciation to the instructors and management for helping them get to where they are, and they stated how pleased they were with all the information we have given them from start to finish, especially the fact that they graduated on time and on budget.

Why Train with Canadian Flyers?
We feel that it is very important not only to provide top quality flight training but also to ensure students are comfortable and enjoying themselves during their program.
Students who fly out of any of our airports will truly have the best of both worlds. They will live in a friendly, affordable, and relaxed community just outside of Toronto with one of the highest standards of living in the world. Just a short ride away by bus or train, students can visit Toronto if they wish.
In Toronto, students can enjoy everything a world-class city has to offer including entertainment, cultural activities, festivals, cuisine, shopping, cultural districts from around the world, and places of worship for every religion.
In terms of flying, students can be guaranteed that they will receive the best variety of experience that any flight school can offer.
With access to all three of our bases, students will have a full range of precision and non-precision approaches to practice, regular exposure to controlled and uncontrolled airports, as well as the high density traffic of a Terminal Control Area.
At the same time, students will save a significant amount of time and money as it is rare to experience aircraft traffic delays at any of our airports. This means that students will spend more of their flight hours in the air flying rather than on the ground idling
Track Record of Excellence
Canadian Flyers has a solid, 40-year history of training pilots from around the world. While many other flight schools are relatively new at this, our graduates can be found working for the airlines in every corner of the globe. Just ask our graduates and they will confirm that our top-quality training gets delivered and completed as promised.
Our training program does not just meet minimum requirements; it is packed with resources to help ensure student success. These extras include a 200-hour ground school, unlimited use of our certified flight simulators, and 60 hours of free observer time. This is how we get the job done!
We are also very proud to mention that we have never had any serious accidents or injuries in our 40-year flight training history.
Stability
Canadian Flyers owns a fleet of over 34 aircraft. All planes are owned outright (not leased), and students are not required to make any large deposits of money before starting their flying.
Most importantly, we specialize in only one thing at our two bases – flight training. This means that our airplanes are always available to students and not shared with any other flying operations.
Instructors
Our instructors (including ground school instructors) are all licensed by Transport Canada and have a wealth of experience. Our highly dedicated staff care about your success and are always willing to share their knowledge and experience with students. We offer small class sizes and an excellent student to instructor ratio. We also have our own certified examiners on staff which allows students to take their flight tests without delay!
Facilities
All of our aircraft and simulators are maintained in good working order by our dedicated maintenance staff. Our classrooms are spacious, clean, modern, and feature a large variety of learning aids including sample aircraft components and multimedia presentations. Our simulators are certified for single engine and multi-engine flight training and are offered to students on an unlimited use basis. We also have the authority to allow students to fly outside regular airport hours, this helps students build their night hours without worrying about the longer daylight periods during the summer.
We've gone High-Tech! (Optional Module)
Canadian Flyers now offers glass cockpit training in our new Cirrus Aircraft. Canadian Flyers is now recognized as Canada’s first official Cirrus Training Centre. Our brand new fleet of Cirrus SR20 aircraft feature glass cockpits and have outstanding performance. Anyone interested in training on our Cirrus aircraft has the option of doing their entire training, an intro flight, or a conversion course to get started. |
